She isn't being cared for as I had hoped. I rarely see the nursing staff at all when I visit. The call lights rarely ever get answered. I'm afraid she will get hurt really bad one day.
Anything you can share will help other families choose the perfect community. My mother is here, but is leaving, she has always got a UTI, and is severely dehydrated. She is always hungry and so thirsty when I visit. And she is always dirty and smells bad. When she first went there a few years ago she could do for herself and was doing great.
